It is like any other franchise. Don't care about customer satisfaction. They have sales and mark things so confusing that you don't know what is on sale and then the staff is condescending to you. Sorry I don't realize that to the right of the sale sign is what is on sale. Like the clothes but the customer service isn't there.
I like the value but the men's clothes are dated and the designers are clueless. Overall good selection on jeans and shirts
Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Store was neat and tidy. Wish they had more selection on tops as it seemed there were only a couple of different styles.
