I had never been to a dentist with my daughter before she is 5 years old they had to do some work on her teeth and pull one out and said she would need a spacer and that they would get back to me as of when to do it because they couldn't do it the same day. I came in to ask about it 2 months later as I had never gotten any call or anything and they had no idea what I was talking about. I am disapointed and will be going somewhere else where communication and information will be better.
Easily the best dental clinic in town! The staff are all very friendly and Dr.Chris has no issues sitting down and chatting with you to make sure you get exactly what you want out of your smile. Prices are a bit higher than other clinics in town but they have the best trained staff and state-of-the-art equipment so you get what you pay for! Highly recommend!
Very polite and helpful staff. Helped explain how to use my benefit cards and were patient with my questions. The hygienist listened to my concerns and, along with the dentist, help set up a plan to help get my teeth all fixed up.
I recently moved to Grande Prairie and South 40 Dental was able to fit me in the day I called. They were so nice from when I checked in to when I left. I felt there was a lot of teaching done that Ive never gotten from a dental visit before. I felt it was a great visit! Would recommend to anyone.
Absolutely amazing. Took my 3yr for his first check up and he did so good and they were wonderful with him!! Love love this place.. my whole family goes to south 40 and will continue to go. Thank you for being so great.
