The Audio Concepts crew are all super people. They are super helpful and really looked after me when Telus should up and ungraded my PVR and said it could not be done. Audio Concepts crew came to the rescue once again and actually made this situation better. I have been dealing with Audio Concepts for over 30 plus years. There is a reason why, because they care and do things right.
Sold us a new car stereo deck when all we needed was a new rear speaker. I will never let them touch another audio system nor will I recommend them to anyone. Crooks don't deserve business.The same error code came up on old deck that came up on new deck. Further more the old deck is working fine in my son's vehicle. So tell me again that we needed a new deck. You are not telling a correct version of this interaction and have lost all respect and credibility where I'm concerned. New deck didn't solve the problem.
Went in to get new speaker mounts. Connor was very helpful and got me in the very same day. Very impressed with the service and helpful staff. Will definitely return for all my audio needs .
