Quality poor. I ordered me daughter-in-law a bouquet of flowers through my local florist in New Brunswick. I asked a big bouquet of mixed cut flowers for $50. What she got was 2 Berber daisies &3 little bunches of carnations. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I showed my florist a photo of what she got.....she valued it for less than $20! Not her fault but we agreed she would be black listed from her call list. Fresno Floral will never get my business again!
I ordered my bf a truck with succulents for Valentine's day to be delivered to his office. They delivered something completely different without confirming with me! Spent over $80 and the perfect present and they didn't send what they advertise on their website. Called them and they advised they don't have succulents nor trucks so they made a substitution. When asked why they wouldn't have contacted me they said they were busy. They would not let me return it for a refund and charged me the full price. I would never recommend nor use them again! . Poor customer service and false advertising!!
