As an employer, Don doesn't care about his employee... These employees are making him good in the eye of the public but never did he care about them... Where they are untitled on vacation, he wont give it to them so they are force to quit, but when they got it, when they come back, their position is gone. Or he never call them anymore... He put a so called camera to spy on the workers... Employees are underpay too...Mr. Don's rock and roll only work for his own good...
