Great move, CJ worked like a champ and the guys were positive, polite and excellent to work with. We only had two guys, and three would have been better as it took longer than we originally thought. Not a huge fan of the $110 fuel surcharge, as we moved less than 10 km away, but we were told ahead of time and agreed to it.
Update: Originally I had written this honest review as a way to get my employers attention. The company had not paid me, and from what I can tell ingnored my complaints about my pay until I had written the review below. I would have simply deleted all of this and moved on if they had just given me my pay like we had originally agreed. But after the company had resorted to extortion ( refusing to pay me until I had removed the review) it just doesn't sit well with me. It is unfair in my mind that they can be late with my pay by more than half a month (16 days) and use extortion tactics to get their way. They had put me in a bad postion and were willing to break the law just so they could save face. I feel this injustice should be known to all who are looking into finding a trusth worthy moving company, and thus I'm reposting. It is important to note they did pay me in full but it was a very frustrating ordeal. Thanks for reading. Original Review:Worked here for a total of 33 hours and have not received any money from the company. This company is horrible. I worked with another employee that smelled of drugs, had road rage issues, and broke a customers dresser and hide the evidence after assuring me he had informed the customer (This Worker has quite). They claim that everyone has had a criminal background check, thats a lie. They claim to be professionals but the training is very minimal. Take your business else where.
Great moving company! They were amazingly priced compared to all major competitors. The men (keein (I think)) who showed up were incredibly professional and polite, they explained all pricing and procedures before the move, they worked very quick and carefully. They unloaded everything neatly and asked continuously what room I wanted the bigger items and heavy boxes in so I wouldn't have to move them later and even offered to build my bed for me. Such great service!
The guys that moved me were amazing! (Thank you Dylan and your buddy (sorry, can't remember his name!) They took care with all my things but were fast and efficient with the load and unload. They were very up front and honest about how much time things would take and going over the bill. They really took pride in providing excellent customer service. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it to everyone.
These guys worked hard. Great attitudes and work ethic made our move painless. Even after one guy had to leave, the other 2 stepped up and made it happen. Would recommend to anyone.
