We have recently moved here from Vancouver Island. We live beside the park, and are absolutely loving the park. We spend endless hours walking the trails and enjoying the play areas with our grandchildren!!
this park keeps getting better. They're renovating the playgrounds again and the new pool whenever it opens and water slide should be amazing
I frequent this location occasionally and its a beautiful and well-managed park which is kept clean. Perfect during sunny days and when you just want to hang out with family and friends! The reservoir definitely adds to the scenery as well, providing a home for wildlife which enhances the atmosphere of the park.. The trails are also nicely mapped and stretch a few kilometres as well! The museum and pavilion also make it an extremely convenient and great location!
Charming place with a wonderful lake surrounded by pine trees, green grounds, under the blue sky and cotton clouds.. So peaceful. The museum and heritage village are absolute must-see.
I love coming here, my son always has a blast. Great way to get some fun exercise in during the day. Parks. Walking paths. Hills for climbing. No better way to spend the day!!! And did I mention... The kids, pets, and your wallet will love you!!
