HORRIBLE customer service . The one girl that worked there - black girl with super long curly hair (which she couldn't stop playing with ) had the worst attitude I've ever seen any employee have EVER to customers and even another staff member who was obviously new . I stood around for literally 30 minutes waiting for someone to approach me to try on a pair of shoes I had been holding the whole time and was on the verge of leaving multiple times but stayed ONLY because the shoes were exactly what I was looking for . I've previously worked at ALDO for years and know how the business works . Get a shoe size , LEAVE the customer to help another while they try on the shoes . You can help 4 customer at one time if you aren't lazy and completely incompetent. Further more , I had to approach someone for help and as the checkout when I was asked if anyone helped me . Which really they didn't . They grabbed a pair of shoes half assed that I had to Flag down and ASK for( and was made to feel like a burden) when I said no, this black girl with the extreme attitude chimes in and rudely says "put it under so and so's name cause they DID help them " in her rude tone of voice . Luckily you caught me on a good day , cause I wanted to smack that rude little twit right across her face .SHE should be fired. USELESS.
Got myself some slippers here they were amazing went back and got another pair ladies are wonderful to work with their
