Great staff, clean and good equipment
I went into Planet Beach today to simply learn more about this spa as I have never been to a spa like this. Upon entering, I was treated amazing. Karen was so kind to me and she took her time explaining and showing me how everything worked. She even offered me 3 complimentary services so I could experience everything for myself. She went over the membership contract options thoroughly. I was very impressed with her. I would recommend this spa to my friends due to the cost and simplicity of the services offered. Karen's kindness really showed her dedication to satisfying her customers. I must say this kind of service does not happen often today and when it does heartfelt. Thank you!
