Ive used Jim with FBC for 5+ years now and my family for 10+ years; they are the best in my opinion. They offer great benefits, are very knowledgeable and are willing to help you at any time. Jim comes right to your house to do business, its very convenient. When the economy crashed Jim did everything he could to help me and my company, I wont forget that. I highly recommend FBC.
Easy to book an appointment and very knowledgeable staff. We like that Jim comes to our place when it fits our schedule. We don't have to pack up our files to take anywhere. This has been helpful when there is a file or invoice that I am missing. I can find it while he is still working on our return. FBC takes the stress out of being audited as they deal with the audit directly and communicate with the government on our behalf.
It's been great working with FBC and more specifically Jim. We like that they come to our house at our convenience and are very professional. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend..
I've been using FBC for about 5 years. Rob is my tax guy & he is accommodating with times & dates. I like the idea of him coming to my place & doing taxes for my company & myself. Rob is pretty easy going considering I am usually somewhat disorganized. I usually have what I need but sometimes not where it should be. Thanks Rob. I also find the people in the GP office to be helpful as well whenever I call.
After 2 months of trying to complete the taxes (including doing my taxes again myself in Simple Tax to correct their work and increase my return by $1,600) I have not heard back from this office in a month while asking for a response from either my rep or the branch manager.
