Called to ask if my taxes were completed, and was asking if I would be able to go over my taxes with someone. The lady answering the phone tell me I can pick them up and go over them myself. And then tells me I’m waiting there time. So to anyone out there I would never use them, very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Last time I checked I pay you. So sorry to ask to go over my taxes. I hope this helps the next person to go somewhere else to a more professional team.
