If you miss appointments they wont see you Quoted me for 6 teeth when 4 only needed to be fixed and only gave me part of a cleaning? How do you find another place to clean the other half of your mouth 6 months after the fact? Dr Suki did one extraction and its been two weeks and Im still waiting for the pain to subside. I feel like my mouth was handled by a butcher!
This has got to be the worst place in Grande Prairie to go. During my visit the male dentist did nothing but talk down to me, making fun that I was claustrophobic and that I did not want to wear the dental dam.. he also continued to make fun of my cleft lip and palate, something I was born with. Something that is out of my control. I kept my temper under control.. However the amount of unprofessionalism this man displayed is ridiculous...if I were to meet him outside of his office I will surely let him know exactly what I think of him, and his practice.. I encourage you all not to go here..
There is a real lack of professionalism going on here. My last visit i waited close to 40 minutes after my scheduled time before anyone mentioned why. The worst part was the constant jokes regarding my very comprehensive dental benefits. The last 2 visits, they told me i needed a bunch of work, without explaining why or showing me xrays. I switched dentist clinics recently, and my new dentist showed me in detail on clear digital photo and xray, every tooth in my mouth. Guess what, all the work that was claimed to be needed on my last visit was not. Be carefull you dont get taken advantage of at this clinic.
Never ever go to this dentist, ever!!!! Took my son to get four fillings and within a week they fell out!!!!!!! Prior to us noticing that they fell out he had been complaining about one of the fixed teeth were hurting!! Went back to get them fixed and the next day he was complaining about the same tooth hurting...a few days later his gum near that sore tooth starts to form what looks like an infection..I decide to take him to my dentist (Dr.McMurdo) and it turns out those pieces of $!?@ at Gp family dentist drilled so far into his tooth that they killed it...the poor guy had to get it pulled today...he did amazing for five years old, wow! He now has to go back in two weeks to get a space retainer put in the hole where the tooth was pulled! $800 fix for the other dentists eff up!!FU GP family dentist!!! NEVER GO THERE!!! If you are, I would highly recommend to find someone else!!! They tried saying that the filings fell out cause his teeth are too small..eff that and them!!! PLEASE SHARE!! These idiots need to be shut down!!
Excellent place to get tooth cleaning I go through Marla, she gives me as many breaks as I need to get the procedure done. If you have tmjd or limited jaw opening great hygienist to go through. Because of my experience, I have encouraged my family members to go here as well, and recently had a family member get some teeth pulled this last week or so. They also are very happy with their experience.
