We purchased several items from Ashley this past year and each piece has been a wonderful addition to our home. The salesperson was very helpful. She introduced herself when we came in and then let us browse. When we were ready, she came over to answer questions and was very willing to take the time to help up decide what was best for us. And we did take some time. Quality of the product and pleasantness of the salesperson will have us shopping there again.

I enjoyed my experience with Ashley Furniture Home Store from start to finish. While shopping in the store I was given the space and respect needed to make my purchasing decisions. The owner/operators were diligent in presenting me with all the appropriate pricing details and measurements. Once my decision was made the order was placed promptly and delivery was made with the upmost care and convience. There was an issue with one of the couches and the owner took it upon himself personally to send a truck, fix the problem and deliver the merchandise back promptly. The staff even asked if we needed a temporary couch in the meantime. I was beyond impressed with Ashely Furniture Home Store in Grande Prairie and would recommend their business to anyone.
Went in to purchase a bedroom set and sectional couch and were swarmed by staff members looking for commission! We politely told them we would like to browse and see what selection they had. Every 20 steps we took we were relentlessly harassed by staff members asking if we were ready to make a purchase. It got so bad we decided to leave immediately before viewing the entirety of the store as we felt so uncomfortable simply trying to browse at our leisure and make a solid choice on furniture that we would have to live with for the next few years. At one point we told the staff member we were still good and asked to be left alone and they just kept at us!We ended up going to the brick and making a couple large purchases after being given sufficient time to reflect and process some furniture that best suited our needs!Buyers beware!!!We will never step foot in there again!!!!!!
