Wonderful store. Great manager, but I gave it a four because the sales lady was too abrupt and not very friendly.
Staff was friendly and polite. When I asked for information on a product, both of the sales staff at the counter knew immediately and were able to help.
I went shopping for accessories for my home. Jocelyn went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, helping me pull things together. She understood my style and made my experience perfect. I highly recommend Urban barn!

I love Urban Barn furniture I just finished building a new house so I bought alot of new furniture from them. I custom order a head board. A new table with 4 chairs and a bench. I ordered a ottoman that turned into cot. I also ordered a bunch of decor stuff as well. My order was close to 8000$.The bed took about 6 weeks to get made, which I knew when I ordered. I sent my brother with my enclosed trailer to pick it up from the warehouse. When he arrived at my house with the order several things were missing. 2 chairs and the foot board and sides for my bed. They assured him everything was there because he knew i would be unhappy if he didnt get it all. Also the custom bed was damaged. the leather was worn off of it on the corner of the bed. And after paying the price and having it custom ordered I was not excepting that. When i called the store in Grande Prairie they told me they would order me a new bed of course i would have to wait another 6 weeks. Which was fine.They also gave me a 250$ store gift card for all the confusion and mess ups with the order. They found the missing two chairs and rest of the bed frame at the warehouse. I decided instead of making another trip to grab it all I would wait for the new headboard. About 8 weeks later to my dismay I finally called the store to see where my headboard was and they informed me it was there. However they did not make me a new headboard they sent me new fabric for the bed, they expect me to find someone who does reupholstering and pay for it and give them a receipt. So now I have to find someone who even does that in the small town i live in, wait for that and deliver the bed to them and pick it up again. IT IS NOT A SMALL HEADBOARD EITHER!! I am sooooooo disappointed all this nice expensive furniture has been complicated and damaged. On a good note, the chairs and table are very good condition and well built. The chairs come assembled and are good solid legs and very good quality leather.
