These people sold me 6G plugs one is light green the other is dark blue but argues with me they're the same color. Then she changes her mind and agrees they're the different color but it's because the amount of glitter. One has red glitter the other does not, one has dark glitter the other does not. They refuse to exchange or return them even though I've never warn them. rude and unprofessional! Order online it's less hassle.
Worst customer service ever. Waited for 10-15 mins with no acknowledgement from the sales representative, when my turn came she decided to help someone who had come in way after I did and did not wait. Brutal. Will never go back.
Apparently they dont do peircing anymore. Thats a shame. Clean looking store. Teller wasnt very welcoming though.
