Went in TWO YEARS AGO and traded in several rings for a single ring with mine and my daughters birthstones in it. Still waiting. Been by countless times. Last time was several months ago when I was told not to call that it would be done by Saturday and someone would call me. Double checked to make sure he had the correct phone number and everything. Still waiting for that phone call. Been by so many times when they should have been open and have not been. Dont even want the ring anymore. Just want the ones I gave in trade back.

Very dissapointed with service over all.. Lied to and laughed at. Was told my rings were fake when I have paper work to prove other wise from a licenced gold dealer... Will NEVER do business here again.
Guy helped out so much and fixed my wedding ring gem! Didnt think it could be done, other stores said it probably couldnt but he did it and made it perfect. Great guy
