Very smelly. The potent pet odour will burn your nose as soon as you go in. I found the service somewhat rude and the pets are hidden in the back. Fish and reptiles are kept very very dark, you cant even see them. But the biggest issue was the smell by far. There was no escaping it and you smelt it even after you left the store.

The owner is lovely!! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. She even stayed open longer than her store hours because I didn't realise, she didn't mention it to me or rush me out. Great service.Only downfall is it is very pricey in here.

The owner is very friendly. They are the only place in town that sells live mice for feeding. It does have an odor inside, but you'll get that with mice breeding. I go here every time i need to feed my snake.
