Unfortunately the no bark e-collar didn't work on my 1 year and 6 month old male Great Dane even when I shaved a little of his neck fur. I kinda need this when his sister goes into heat, and I keep them separated (one upstairs the other downstairs while in heat). The staff was more than cordial to provide a full refund. It would be nice if they had the stronger strengths and a couple e-collar options with the remote.

I love bringing my son here! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They all seem to be amazing with children, very patient and looks like they enjoy their jobs. I've yet to see one unhappy worker at petland, ever!!!
