O.K. So first off I am not sure what Jason has done to piss some people off, but I'll assure you he was Very professional with us, not pushy, knew the houses and who built them. He informed us with information that we might of overlooked. We needed to get into a house quick, so we prepared ourselves to help the process move smoothly by using his site to get a feel for the homes in our market. I Honestly can say My Wife and I recommend Jason for the buyer that is seriously looking, he wasn't there to waste our time, and we weren't there to waste his. I had contacted Jason to get information on one of his listings, as I had just put our place on the market privately. We knew that chances of selling weren't great but we thought we couldn't afford real estate fees.Jason took it upon himself to come out and do a free evaluation, and found a way for us to list with him, and still have enough money to buy another house.
