I'm so happy I made the switch to property management with Tom Sheild's Realty.We had the misfortune of buying a Condo that is not ideal as a rental. With limited parking and high vacancy rate it was a struggle to fill our rental property. I was frustrated interviewing people and spending time maintaining, cleaning and dealing with leasing agreements. It was just an added burden trying to collect rent or ensuring the condo was in the same condition on move out and move in of tenants. We also found out that there is an issue with the common wall in-between units not being sealed properly. Wow totally unprofessional call and service from Peter Shields who " doesnt fu&^ing have time for this " totally no need to be disrespectful rude and dismissive of a person calling you back after a previous call and email were not returned .
