Visited the store in Grande Prairie had an excellent experience the store was clean and very well organized and the staff were wonderful friendly and really helpful I will definitely be back
Not really good service. We bought DVDs. And some of then were completely scratched.And no chance to bring them back, becaue the sales are final.
The staff are always kind and courteous when I go in, wide variety and fair selection of products. Never feel judgement when I pawn so 5 stars and 2 thumbs up
Just bought a laser level, walked out to the truck realised a lens was missing, went back in showed the guy "said can't take it back because you didn't sign up for an account" ( from out of town didn't see the point in doing so). I offered to buy another another laser if he gave me a good price or to buy this one off me for something, didn't want to buy it back (i can understand) but would only give me 10% off another laser. Not happy at all!!
Best pawn shop in Grande Prairie, and the best pawn shop I have ever dealt with personally. The customer support is great, the people are kind and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go to cash Canada, but I grande prairie. Great store to be in
