If there is a .oo5 star thats what Im gonna rate for that store.Especially for that 1 person there , Colby, very very rude. I wonder why he got hired.

Returned all the tv equipment. Telus still charged the credit card over $600. Now 4-5 calls and weeks after still trying to get refunded. Each call have to repeat the story over again as telus seems to not make notes. Stay far away!
Worst customer service I have ever received. Totally indifferent to my problems. All my accounts are with Telus. Cody or Colby was to interested in his coworkers conversation to listen to me. Almost cancelled every account today.
I was at the store today around 5:40 11/08/2018 and I had the worse costumer service experience. I dont remember the name of the guy but he has a tattoo of a heart. And I dont know if it was the way I look but as soon as I walk in. he was really condensending and disrespectful. I really dont anderstand why he would behave in such unprofessional manner. at one point make me feel like there was some racial discrimination. I just walk away. however on my next day off I will be making a formal complaint to the store manager.
