My nails turned out amazing. I wouldnt mind if they cleaned up my cuticle area a bit more but the work itself was amazing. Customer service wasnt the greatest and the nail technician was FaceTiming her friend while working on my nails for a good 10 minutes. Not too worthy but its been 2 weeks and my nails are still strong and not chipping
I am a nail technician myself. As a treat my daughter & I went in for a pedicure...... that was a year ago & I can't stop going now. Kim does the best nails, wickedly strong & her husband does the most amazing pedicures. This place needs 10 stars. I'm addicted. I take all my family there even my inlaws.
I usually come here once a month to get my gel polish changed and not a problem. I grew my own nails out nice and strong. Kim did it the other times I was there, but the last time I came I had the guy do it for me. Just a few days later my nail polish was chipping and my nails were breaking because they were buffed down so thin, a problem I didn't have the other times I've came. I tried to tell the guy that it wasn't done properly and now I have to cut off my nails because they're so thin and I wasn't too happy about it. I just wanted the polish taken off. I said that it shouldn't have happened because it's only been a week.....and he acted like he didn't remember me from the time he did it just a few days prior. Shockingly, he tried to blame it on my nails being too long (which they weren't, they are at a decent length because I work on computers and can't have super long nails) he continued to blame it on me and said that he knew what he was doing so it couldn't have been him and that people always have short nails when he does it and that I needed to cut my nails even shorter??? It makes absolutely no sense. He was being very rude. Not apologetic at all and to top all of it off he just got up and didn't finish my nails and refused to take off a fake tip on my one nail that they had did. He said He didn't care and to go find somewhere else to get it taken off. He was pointing towards the door and told me to get out, standing in the middle everyone and made a scene.......stared right at me all the way to the door while shaking his head at me. I could tell the other customers were uncomfortable. I didn't raise my voice once and all I was trying do was tell him that I was upset that several of my nails were now broken and way too thin. It shouldn't have happen within that same week of getting them done. There was nothing but excuses and blame on me. In a professional nail salon they should have been professional and just fixed the problem without making me feel like a damn criminal that was trying to rob the store. The treatment that I received today was horrible and unbelievable. I have never been talked to or treated that way in my life at any other nail salon I've visited. Was it really that hard to admit when you've made a mistake that could have been easily fixed?....instead of denying it completely and treating your customer like an idiot. They've lost a customer who always tipped well and he seemed to be ok with that when I told him that I will never come back.
Best place for walk in!! Genuine Workers great happy ppl to be around especially getting pampered never leave in happy love them all just like family to me! I totally recommend them 1000% thank you for your time and work!! Keep up the great work !
After trying many other nails places in GP, I have finally found my go-to place. It is much cleaner than the competition. My nails last at least 3 weeks before needing a fill. Never had any issues with their services.
