This salon is usually the only people I let do my eyebrows, they've always been consistent.. until today. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and left with one sitting 2cm higher then the other, the lower one having no arch and way fatter then the higher one. She took way too much off the centre of the left brow... The lady who did my eyebrows left me with the look of me raising my right eyebrow. I then told her not to apply the gel to my brows, as I have very sensitive skin. She instead put some form of oil on them... No idea what the lady's name was, wish I had it. Do yourself a favor. Skip out on this salon for eyebrow waxing!
This was one of my worst salon experiences. I came in got the top of my head highlighted and order my extensions it took 5 hrs and i got charged 571.73 and she left me with my hair half curled and NOT cut.I was upset i called to get my money back for the hair the manager told me to come in and that she "help me out " I came in and she said cause I didn't get my hair cut or colored this time it do not count and she isn't going to help me and i got charged another 235.20 a week before Christmas. .. I should have known though a girl got told the same line when I was in their the first time..
Cathryn wouldn't let me do anything to my hair to wreck it lol. I wanted really blond streaks in it. She said I will have roots in a couple weeks if I did that plus bleaching's not good for the hair. So she suggested a balayage with a lighter hair dye instead which looked fantastic! She had perfect foils in my hair, she's quite the perfectionist!
