I decided to cut myself the absolute WORST set of bangs imaginable today, and feeling totally helpless, I came into The Headroom not knowing if they could be fixed. Luckily Bailey was there to help me and turn my luck around. She trimmed everything out for me, straightened my horrendous bangs and made me feel hope again after the dumb decision I made of cutting my own hair. Thank you so much Bailey, you turned my day around and I cannot express how truly greatful I am! Youre an absolute life saver!!!

Went in last Friday to get my hair a lighter blonde to match my extensions. I even brought in the extensions so the colour could be matched. Great service, very kind ladies. But I walked out with my hair darker than it was when I went in. When I left it looked blonde but after the first wash it just looks brown.. kinda disappointed for the amount of money I spent. I have to get it done again.. Im willing to come back and give a second chance considering how nice the staff was. Just really inconvenient considering I wanted my hair to be done before I went on a trip.
I have been going to Bailey at the headroom for a few years now and have never left disappointed. Shes fun and friendly and has lots of great ideas, since I generally show up with no idea what I want her to do. She also has an extensive product knowledge and always has great recommendations for the best products for my hair.
Amazing salon! Everyone is so welcoming and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and stay educated with the changing trends. You can tell they are passionate about what they do here. Highly recommend!
