Next level gym is a clean bright spacious gym that feels like you are at a private club. There are a wide range of products to help you with your fitness goals and the owner is the most positive friendly person who is very supportive of her clients.
Great fun place! Expensive though
This gym makes you feel so welcome. It's my home away from home. With so many options to choose from you can reach any fitness goal you have. The owner Jen has helped me in two months get down two pant sizes, 21 pounds and 10 inches. Thank you Jen for helping me and your continued support to help me lose more. Best gym ever.
I have to say it's a decent gym, nice and quiet for using all the equipment. But it lacks variety in the programs. Core/strength, tabata and yoga = not enough. I suggest that the owner mix it up a bit more if she can't keep a trainer. Got pretty boring, that's why I left. Also, I agree with the keeping persona issues at home!
It's not a terrible gym. They don't have a lot of anything, but there is a variety of equipment. It's $55.00 for a base membership for a year and you don't get full access to the gym unless you take classes or are a friend of manager. It's the cheapest in Grande Prairie but if you're paying 50+ anyway I would probably suggest going to a different gym for more bang for your buck.
