Hard to find a better place to lift in GP. Owner and staff are warm and welcoming, gym is clean with everything a person needs. A great atmosphere with an old school vibe, one of the best gyms Ive ever been to.
Worst gym hours I have ever seen, literally the only reason I'm rating it poorly. Becomes a Monday to Thursday gym during the week during the winter season. Hours on Friday change for some absurd reason that I still havent figured out. Get down to 5pm close on Friday... And closed Saturday? Oh and closes at 8 on Sunday. Great gym otherwise, but good god the hours are insanely frustrating
Best gym in Grande Prairie. Ive been going to Winston's for years and the gym has that old school vibe to it which I love. Great variety of well maintained equipment, and a well sized cardio area. Dumbbells go up to 120lbs and there is also a pair of 150lb ones as well. Awesome for someone who is just getting into fitness as Winston is fantastic and very warming to anyone looking to get fit regardless of your goals. But its also a awesome gym for any hardcore lifter/bodybuilder! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone, just keep in mind the Friday and Saturday hrs!
This is an Excellent place. Extra clean and the atmosphere is unlike any other in town. Plenty of open room to do your thing and the equipment is well maintained. The Owner is a great person and doesnt hesitate to help when you need it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to better themselves wether it be bulking or loosing weight. They also have some of the top of the line equipment only found in bigger cities. Just give it a try and you will see.
Trained my husband for his fitness test for a job. Husband passed with flying colors. Trained me to take on the West coast trail and the results were definitely noticeable.
