I've been lifting weights for 10 years and never really felt apart of in any of the gyms I entered. V02 is legit the real deal. All the trainers are very knowledgable and easy to work with. The owners are fantastic and great trainers also. Front desk staff and childminding staff all amazing. We are super excited to have made the decision to become members.
Super friendly and knowledgeable coaches, incredible facility. Programming is excellent. Just spent 3 days here visiting and had an amazing experience with these guys. Great all around attention to detail at the gym, complete with spin and yoga classes. Bretts coaching second to none. Thanks guys!
All the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Such a friendly atmosphere everyone at Vo2 is making a concerted effort to improve your level of fitness. Best thing I've ever done for myself. Personal Training, Bootcamps, Crossfit, Yoga, Massage Therapy and Acupuncture what more can you ask for.
