I had a great experience at this dealership. My boyfriend and I have been shopping around for a car for a while now, and the service I received at Volkswagen (by Jasmyn) was exceptional. Although we did not want to commit to the car, in the moment. Jasmyn was helpful and patient with us, she was knowledgeable about their innovatory and guided us in the right direction. We will definitely be returning to this dealership if we can ever make up our mind!
Jonathan is trying hard to sell me a Volkswagen. He is very friendly,. He is trying to convince me my old car is costing me too much on repairs. He has made some suggestion on a vehicle that would suit me. He has been very helpful. I recommend you go and see him. He takes the time to answer your questions. He is very knowledgeable about his vehicle.
Went in for my first service which includes the a tire rotation. Before my service I asked for the tires to be done, after I picked up my Atlas I asked about the tire rotation, which they said it wasn't done. I told her I was going on a long trip and asked for it to be done, to which I was told they were just trying to save me the $60 for the tire rotation. For a $250 oil change they could have included the rotation ( which is done at other dealership). I spoke to the service manager about this, just to give them info, she said she would call back and never did. I go to Edmonton often and would rather go were I'm appreciated for taking my business there. To bad I would prefer to deal local. This is typical G.P. auto group, sell you a car then give you bad service. After I posted this I was sent a reply that someone would be contacting me to make this right. And still weeks later no-one has contracted me back.
