Bought a brand new Mazda 3 it had to be ordered in. Wasn't there the day they said it would be, but they wouldn't give me back the deposit to go elsewhere. From the start they knew I was ordering it in white, when I go to pick it up all the pricing was different. One of the factors they failed to mention after I signed on the price was that the white color was an extra $200 that they never mentioned prior. Never reached out after I completed the survey either. Disappointed in my brand new car buying experience.

Extraordinary Service!Normally, taking your car for automotive repairs is likened to going to the dentist for a root canal - you dont really LIKE it but...GP Mazda - their Service Department in particular, provided me with excellent service.
