The staff are genuinely enthusiastic alongside you throughout the entire process of having a car, and make the whole experience a positive one. Both service and sales are knowledgeable in what they do, providing excellent suggestions and advice- without sacrificing their transparency and honesty. At no point in time do I feel pressured, but rather, taken care of by the entire team at Revolution Kia. I will be proud to do business with these guys for a long time to come, and recommend them to everyone who seeks out an uplifting experience with a dealership.

EXTREMELY friendly and competent staff! Went in with a friend for a trade in and they actually payed him more than his offer for his truck. Than the vehicle he went in to see was great but the one they sold him was newer had more features more room and they gave it to him at a better price! They went above and beyond to make sure everybody was well taken care of. There is no better place to buy a vehicle. We all got along so well with the staff we still keep in touch! I have never seen a more upstanding place in my life.
I don't usually post reviews, but Jacquie Rourke is wonderful to work with! I shopped around quite a bit, and Jacquie was by far the best sales person that I met with. She put me at ease immediately, followed through, and provided me with all the information (and more) that I asked for. No one else I met with would provide numbers until I was willing to sign, but Jacquie was always upfront, honest, and I felt that she was working hard on my behalf. Unfortunately, I leased a vehicle somewhere else because of the make and model I wanted, but I really considered getting a Kia, or one of the affiliated car companies, just because I really liked working with Jacquie. 10/10 would recommend Jacquie even if you aren't interested in a Kia because the Revolution Auto Group provides multiple car brand options. That being said, I can't speak for everyone that works at Kia, but if they are as good as Jacquie then you'll have a great experience. I realize I'm rambling, but honestly, I could keep going on and on about how great Jacquie is and how good my experience at Kia was.
I would give ZERO stars if i could. I have been trying to get a hold of the parts department for 2 days now- i guess they only have ONE person to take care of customers parts needs? Thats insane- the service manager or even one of the mechanics should be trained if the parts person has to leave. Just lost a sale Kia- i will call Edmonton and pay the shipping.
