Reserves and checked-in at front desk. No issues initially, had enough points for a free room (20,000). Got into the room, and then left to do some errands. Got a call a few hours later from new representative at front desk (shift change I suspect?) stating there was an error and I did not in fact have enough points (despite 2 separate representatives checking me in and saying I did ). So, took our stuff from the room because I was not willing to pay out of pocket when I also have enough points at Holiday Inn. We switched and then 20 minutes after I get a call from same female saying she made an error and I did have enough points. Was still charged my 20,000 points even though we did not stay there and this was a huge error on their part. The hotel exterior and interior is also quite dated in appearance. Gym facility was down as well. Give negative stars if I could!
My second stay at this hotel. Both times I enjoyed the staff, the clean, quiet rooms, Internet was fast. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Parking was free. Very convenient access. My kind of hotel!!

Great location. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Hot tub drained which was very disappointed!
Small guestrooms. Carpet in room was dirty but cleaned on request. Fitness center equipment needs replaced and/or serviced. Hot tub out of order. Breakfast was okay. On site restaurant had great service and good food. Value for the price not there compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
