Nice and clean room but the bathrooms could use a facelift.
Front desk is manned by a wonderful person named Dakota. We are here on business and needed 2 suites for 24 night/day shift swap overs. The rooms are large and well stocked. Housecleaning comes during swaps and cleans up, you never see them. A fantastic stay for personal and business.
Have stayed here several times while on work.....the people make this place...very pleasant and helpful...some rooms vary but nice new rooms VIP available as well....restaurants and activity close by...good buy for the money....
Just didn't get a good feeling about the place although everything turned out ok. The room was (very) dated and the carpet was terrible. The bed was ok but the place just didn't radiate clean, comfortable or cozy to me. There was also not much parking and we were encouraged to park on the street using a parking pass. There was someone kind of sketchy outside our room in a car most of the night, but the room, which was pet friendly and showed visible carpet stains, was quiet and well placed on an exterior wall. We got what we paid for on this one and I wouldn't stay here again if there was another choice.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food at the Monicas restaurant and Sipps lounge is always top notch as well.
