The room appeared to be clean and the check in process was simple, however I had several issues. First I was told to park to park in the back and use the rear entrance...well the key would not work to unlock the door...fortunately there was a guy who seen us and opened the door for us. The entire building smelled of chlorine and an old pub mixed together. ....not pleasant on the nostrils. They leave you coffee and a pot but no carafe so you can't make tea or coffee in the room. Got to breakfast in the morning (approximately the middle of the breakfast hour and they have plenty of instant Oatmeal but no bowls, the Pancake machine is empty and I had to go to the front desk to get someone to take care of it and it wasn't like there were lots of people in there. Very disappointing experience!

We would never stay here again. The first room we got, the sink backed up almost immediately as you used it. There was no staff on hand to unplug it so the front desk attendant set us up with another room. The first one she showed us smelled musty and like someone smoked in it. We went with the next room she showed us. That room was better but it had long hairs all over the place and the seats were very stained. We will definitely pick another place next time.

Booked a room 2 days advance for king bed, smoking and 2 pets. They said pets were 30.00$/night so I asked if that was for 1 or 2 and was told for the 2. I asked if it was ground floor and told yes. Quoted 134.00$ not including 30.00$ for pets. Upon checking in they had no king bed smoking rooms, no smoking on ground floor and and the price for 1 queen bed would be 143.00 or they could offer 2 queen beds for $189.00. With disappointment we said we would take the one bed for 143.00 plus 30.00 for pets. By the time(1/2 hour+) we got the total with this levy and that levy and nothing we had booked it was 193.00$. Totally frustrated we declined. No stars.

Got a pet friendly room, which also happens to be a smoking room that made my wife's asthma act up. Otherwise our stay was good and other rooms smell fine. Hotel has fresh renovations which look nice until you get to the bathroom and see old rusty towel racks and stuff that weren't replaced.

This is a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are a great size, clean and have everything you need for your stay. I really loved the free all you can eat breakfast that sends you on your way full and happy. Great place to stay.
