This hotel is conveniently located, check in was easy, and the room was clean and well-stocked. The walls let in a lot of sound, though, and for some reason a family was placed in the room adjoining mine plus the room across the hall, as opposed to two adjoining rooms, which further contributed to the noise. I also had higher expectations for breakfast, though (coffee mate instead of milk, not many fruit options).
The room was warm and cozy. Staffs was really fried dly and helpful!
Good room. Clean. Has a pool looks nice, havent used it yet. Camt use side doors which is a bit of a pain.
Average hotel, nothing too fancy nothing too terrible. Beds and pillows are comfy which common that's like the main thing. Prices are reasonable. And this hotel has a pretty decent breakfast
Our room was huge. The layout was unique with the bedroom at the window side, then the kitchen and bathroom in the middle, and the living room at the hallway side. It even had a fake fireplace. The pool has a slide. There is a big back outdoor area to take your pet to. The staff went above and beyond. The front desk agent with lots of tattoos was amazing and bent over backwards to help us out with a late checkout. She gave our pet a treat and special attention.This is the type of extra service that keeps folks coming back. I won't look elsewhere next time I have to stay in Grande Prairie.
