We had our sons 1st birthday here, and the staff was amazing ! Big thank you to Rachid for being awesome and making sure everything went smoothly and everyone was happy. We were a big crowd and couldnt have asked for a better place. The food was amazing as well !! :) Thank you to everyone for making this day even more special
Stayed in a Deluxe Queen Suite at the Podollan Inn & Spa in Grande Prairie. The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious. It had 12 foot ceilings and an additional 4 feet between the beds. The rooms were very clean. A fantastic hot breakfast was included with the room which included an omelette station and chef. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Very nice room, bathroom was huge with both shower and tub as well as separate toilet room. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. Only real issue was the wifi. It would disconnect every few minutes.
I shared a review prior on Google opinion rewards. So that should be showing up shortly. But I just thought I'd share pictures from our stay in the king bachelor full bathroom room. Truly lovely. Sorry for the picture with my toddler in the bed. He was excited as he loves to cuddle and snuggle in soft beds and couldn't wait to enjoy our stay. We also have pictures of the lounge which itself is amazing. The breakfast is well worth the overnight wait every time. me and my boyfriend go to bed in excitement of the breakfast that awaits us in the morning. We even book a wake up call for 9 30 so there's lots of time to enjoy the most important meal of the day.
Booked through the hotels website and got an amazing deal for King Jacuzzi room. We did have to move from a room where the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean but could be detailed (marks on walls and lamps). Another thing I found that was a little strange was the outlets are different sizes and sporadic placed (not a biggie). Overall it was a fabulous experience and I would definately return!
