Had an amazing experience! Room was great, staff was great... everything was great ESPECIALLY the restaurant The Office. Was out first time dining at the restaurant but for sure will be regulars there after the service we received. Best dining experience ever!!! Thanks for everything!
Alfred was a nice guy who cleaned our room. We booked one room however and my parents book another room. However for some reason the lady at front desk place it both under my name which sent a spam of emails. Other then that. Room was good
Reception was wonderful. Room was great, housekeeping staff are A+++++++. Cannot express gratitude enough to the housekeeping. Alfredo is absolutely exceptional person. I would have given 5 star, but the WiFi was a disaster. It was worse than dial up. Overall great stay.
Nothing to complain about. Clean, modern.Quiet so far... Wish my room had a refrigerator. Staff have been very friendly. edited July 26, *** thank you for letting me know where the fridge was located. I should have looked harder. I was tired and just gave up.
I always love staying here because I feel safe here. It's a professional hotel and all the staff us amazing. Breakfast is always great too. Should really get new bath mats and lamp shades though ...mine looked like they were bought from the thrift store bent and tattered.
